* WHERE...Humboldt, Northern Lander, Northern Eureka, and Northern Elko Counties
* WHEN...Winds will be strongest Monday Morning though Monday night
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. A few power outages are possible. Crosswinds will be most prevalent along north to south routes and roadways.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHERN ELKO COUNTY ... NORTHERN LANDER COUNTY AND NORTHERN EUREKA COUNTY
