Kanouse Fire update: We have spoken with New Jersey Forest Fire Service. They are continuing mop up operations/patrol of the burnt fire area. There will unfortunately be smoke within the containment area for several days. This is a normal occurrence after large fires. Please do not call Police Dispatch unless you see visible flames.
