* WHERE...Portions of Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin, including the following areas, in Minnesota, Aitkin, Carlton, Lake, Pine and St. Louis County. In northwest Wisconsin, Douglas County.
* WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 215 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Superior, Cloquet, Hermantown, Proctor, Sandstone, Moose Lake, Scanlon, Carlton, Mahtowa, Barnum, Floodwood, Willow River, Askov, Cromwell, Rutledge, Kettle River, Thomson, Brookston and Tamarack. - Flood safety information can be found at www.weather.gov/safety/flood.
