Flushing Water Mains - Low Service Area Continued 4/17/23 - 4/24/23 9am-4pm 
DPS will be flushing water mains in the low service area starting 9 am to 4 pm the week of 4/17-4/24/23. Affected areas include: Ford Ave., Watkins Ave., Grove St., Cliff St., Fairview St., Academy St., Main St., Market St., Chestnut St., South Main St., Prospect St., Grand St., Division St., Potter Ave., Pine St., Gault Ave., Knapp Ave., Walling Ave., Roosevelt Ave., Center St., Walling Blvd., Fair St., Otsego St., Tilton Ave.., Lewis St., Hudson St., Third St., Norton Ave., Draper St., Fifth St., Valleyview St., Sand St., North Belmont Circle, South Belmont Circle, Railroad Ave., Eighth St., Rose Ave., Susquehanna St., Wells Ave., Factory St. and Forest Ave.

During flushing, water users may experience a change in water color, pressure and/or loss of water. This is a common, temporary occurrence and is not a cause for alarm. See attached frequently asked questions.
