On Tuesday, April 18, ETNA Supply personnel will assist City utility staff in re-programming the MXU electronic readers on your water meters.
City personnel has addressed many of the meters over the past weeks. ETNA has offered to assist the City in finishing those meters still to be re-programmed. ALL OF THE ETNA PERSONNEL HAVE ID CARDS ISSUED BY THE CITY TO BE DISPLAYED AT ALL TIMES.
All re-programming performed by ETNA personnel will occur outside your residence/facility. If your unit requires a representative to access your home, City personnel will perform that work after coordinating access with you.
