Old scam running around the area where a young adult is contacting a parent or grandparent indicating that they have been arrested and need money or gift cards.  However it appears that somehow the young adults voice has been copied  and is being used during the call.  
This is a SCAM, if you get a call from someone you believe is a relative and this happens, hang up and call your relative.  It is too easy to get scammed and lose your money.  Be alert
