OPD's Medication and Drug Take Back Day is this Saturday, April 22 at TWO locations:
1- Talawanda High School from 9 AM -12 noon (FRESH Air Fair and the Kiwanis Pancake Day are happening there, too.)
2- TRI Community Center, 6025 Fairfield Rd, for our drive-thru drop off from 10 AM - 2 PM.
Check your home now for unused, expired, or unwanted medications--we accept both prescription and over-the-counter. We also take sharps.
Let us dispose of those meds in an environmentally friendly and responsible way. Do NOT flush meds down the toilet--it can be very harmful to our wildlife after it gets flushed through our wastewater process. Keep more dangerous meds out of anyone else's hands and don't keep them in your home.
