* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 8 PM MDT this evening. For the Freeze Warning, from 2 AM to 9 AM MDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Locally reduced visibilities in blowing dust are possible in dust prone areas.
