Southwest traffic advisory
On Sunday, April 23, Jersey City will host a marathon on several closed streets in the downtown area. Due to the anticipated southwest traffic impacts of the marathon, Hoboken’s Office of Emergency Management advises drivers to enter and exit the City of Hoboken from northern routes on Sunday.

Attend the 1500 Clinton St. community meeting
The City of Hoboken will host a virtual community meeting on Thursday, April 27, at 6 p.m. regarding the proposed redevelopment project at 1500 Clinton St. The project architect and members of the development team will present the project which includes two mixed-use residential buildings of eight and 12 stories, open space amenities, and more. The project is located within the North End Redevelopment Plan Area.

Community meeting on 1415 Adams St. redevelopment project announced
The City of Hoboken will host a virtual community meeting on Tuesday, May 9, at 6 p.m. regarding the proposed redevelopment project at 1415 Adams St. The project architect and members of the development team will present the project which includes a 5-story commercial building containing a brewery and office space on the upper floors. The project is located within the North End Redevelopment Plan Area.
