The Arcadia Police Department is seeking help in locating a missing "at risk" person: Jesse Jordan, a 77 year old male Black, 5' 6" tall, 135 lbs, bald with a mustache, possibly wearing a black and white flannel and black pants. Jesse Jordan was last seen on 4/17/23 at 2 PM in the 600 block of W Duarte Rd in Arcadia. Jesse Jordan possibly has dementia and takes medication. If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Jesse Jordan, please call 911 or contact the police.
