* AREA AND TIMING...East Central Plains (Zone 126) from noon today to 8 PM MDT this evening.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts to near 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Ranging from 8 to 12 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EAST CENTRAL PLAINS
