* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following county, Val Verde.

* WHEN...Until 615 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 303 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lake View, Box Canyon, Amistad Acres, Governors Landing, Amistad Village, Diablo East, Black Brush Point, Long Point, Seminole Canyon State Park, Salem Point, Spur 406 Campground, Rock Quarry Campground, Rough Canyon Recreation Area, San Pedro Canyon, 277 North Campground, 277 South Boat Ramp, Lake Ridge Ranch and Pecos River Boat Ramp. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
