Vehicle crashes into Boot City 
On 04-22-2023 at 7:20PM, deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash at Boot City located at 11800 S US Hwy 41. Once on scene, deputies discovered that a vehicle had crashed into the front of the building. 74 year old Linda Hegg of Terre Haute was driving a 2014 Toyota Camry and was backing out of a parking space in front of the building. Linda told deputies that she thought she was “driving a stick shift” and got the pedals confused. Linda then pressed the accelerator and crashed into the structure. No one was injured in the crash.
