Flood Advisory until 06:15PM Monday

* WHAT...Hydrologic flooding caused by excessive snow-melt is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Nevada, including the following county, Elko.

* WHEN...Until 515 PM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 515 PM PDT, Nevada Department of Transportation reported water over SR-226 near MM 15. The report included small rocks in the roadway. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in SR-226 near MM 15. - SR-226 near MM 15 is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... mainly rural areas of Western Elko County - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* AFFECTED AREAS: ELKO, NV

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
