The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Fire Weather Watch...which is in effect from Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* AREA AND TIMING...Northwest Highlands (Zone 101) and West Central Mountains (Zone 105).
* 20 FOOT WINDS...West and northwest at 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...11 to 18 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST PLATEAU ... WEST CENTRAL MOUNTAINS
