The Probation Department of the County of San Benito hereby gives public notice that it is requesting proposals from interested and qualified companies for the following:

Under the direction from the Probation Department selected staff, it is the intent of San Benito County (County) to solicit Proposals from Respondents that have expertise in the provision deliver evidenced-based services that achieve measurable positive outcomes impacting the well-being of justice-involved individuals and that contribute to a reduction in recidivism. The services rendered will be funded by the following grants: Assembly Bill 109, Youthful Offender Block Grant (YOBG)/Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act (JJCPA), Assembly Bill 178, and Senate Bill 823.
It is the intent of the County to engage with professional services as described herein for a term of two (2) years.
Proposals are due on
Friday, May 12th at 2:00 pm. at the Probation Department located at 400 Monterey Street, Hollister, California, 95023.
The Probation Department hereby notifies all Bidders that no person shall be excluded from participation in, denied any benefits of, or otherwise discriminated against in connection with the award and performance of any contract on the basis of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, age, sexual orientation or on any other basis prohibited by law.
The Probation Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
