Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé requests the public’s help with identifying the below-pictured individual, one of three suspects who assaulted and robbed a victim on April 19, 2023. 
 
Police responded to a call about the robbery, which occurred at approximately 10:21 p.m. in the 700 block of Broadway. Three suspects attacked the victim, striking him in the head with a bottle. When the victim fell to the ground, the suspects rifled through his pockets and took his personal belongings, including a wallet and a cell phone. 
 
Forty minutes after the incident, police identified and arrested two of the suspects, Tyheed Z. Moore, 26, of Newark, and Zamir M. Hawkins, 22, of East Orange. They were each charged with robbery, conspiracy, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and aggravated assault. 
 
One suspect, who remains at large, is described as a thin-built Black male, who has shoulder-length dreads with blonde tips. He was last seen wearing a blue sweater with a black bubble vest, black pants, and grey/green sneakers. The individual is known to frequent the housing complex on Grafton Avenue.
