LOCATION: 15100 Block of Neighborly Drive, Lucerne Valley
SUSPECT: Andrew Harris, 36-years-old, Resident of Lucerne Valley
SUMMARY:
On Saturday, April 22, 2023, deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to a 911 call in the 15100 block of Neighborly Drive in Lucerne Valley.
Upon arrival, deputies learned Andrew Harris entered his ex-girlfriend’s property in violation of an active restraining and physically assaulted her. After the assault, Harris threatened the victim and refused to let her leave.
Harris eventually left the residence and walked next door where an elderly female was in her front yard. Harris physically assaulted the neighbor causing multiple injuries.
Both victims were treated by medical personnel at the scene. Harris was arrested for false imprisonment, corporal injury of a spouse, criminal threats, and elder abuse.
