INCIDENT: PC 459: RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
LOCATION: 14000 Block of Sunflower Ct., Adelanto
SUSPECT: Andrew Patrick, 38-years-old, Resident of Adelanto
Tanya Missbrenner, 46-years-old, Resident of Newberry Springs
SUMMARY:
On Monday, April 24, 2023, at 11:00pm, deputies responded to a burglary in progress in the 14000 block of Sunflower Ct. in Adelanto. The caller said the owner of the residence was not home and no one should be inside. The caller also saw a bicycle in the driveway and lights inside the residence.
Deputy A. Cornejo arrived at the residence and could see subjects inside with a flashlight. Andrew Patrick and Tanya Missbrenner exited the front door of the residence with a box full of miscellaneous items. The box of items was confirmed to belong to the victim.
Andrew Patrick and Tanya Missbrenner were arrested for residential burglary and booked at High Desert Detention Center.
