* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Minor to moderate lowland flooding throughout the reach. Some rural roads near the river begin to flood. Very minor flooding begins in Winnemucca with storm drain backups, and the lowest parts of town begin to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:15 PM PDT Thursday the stage was 9.7 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 12:15 PM PDT Thursday was 9.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening and continue rising to 10.2 feet early Tuesday morning.
