The NCBSA Parade planned for tomorrow has been rescheduled to Saturday, May 6th. 
Due to the forecasted rain, the New Castle Baseball & Softball Association's annual parade has been rescheduled to Saturday, May 6th.
The parade route will be from Senter St, King St, then S Greeley Ave, ending at the baseball field opposite the Bell Middle School.
