* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 554 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers and thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Toms River, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Lakewood, Middletown, Howell, Marlboro, Barnegat, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank, and Beachwood. - This includes the following highways...
