* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 638 AM EDT, emergency management reported roadway flooding due to heavy rainfall in Surf City, Pine Beach, Ocean Gate, and Beachwood. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Toms River, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Lakewood, Middletown, Howell, Marlboro, Barnegat, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank, and Beachwood. - This includes the following highways...
