* WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 935 AM EDT, Excessive rainfall overnight and this morning has resulted in water on roadways and high water in streams and creeks. Excessive water continues along shore areas especially near Barnegat Bay. This will continue as the high tide arrives later this afternoon. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Toms River, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Lakewood, Middletown, Howell, Marlboro, Barnegat, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank, and Beachwood. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 25 and 34. Garden State Parkway between mile markers 57 and 118. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
