* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by heavy rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey and southeast New York, including the following counties, in northeast New Jersey, Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic and Union. In southeast New York, Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), New York (Manhattan), Queens and Richmond (Staten Island).
* WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 620 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to heavy rainfall. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of a half are expected over the area in the next hour. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
