* WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1102 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen in the last hour, with another 0.5 inches possible in the next hour. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Morristown, Somerset, Edison, Dover, Madison, Middlesex, Florham Park, East Hanover, Lincoln Park, and Kinnelon. - This includes the following highways... New Jersey Turnpike between exits 11 and 12. Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 39 and 42. Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 36 and 48.
