* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1252 AM EDT, The heaviest rainfall has moved out of the area, but urban and small stream flooding is expected to continue. Additional rain amounts of up to around a quarter of an inch is expected tonight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
