...Strong winds are expected today...
West winds in the circulation around deep low pressure are 
forecast to gust to around 40 mph by this afternoon. These winds
will cause unsecured objects to be blown about, and high profile
vehicles may experience driving difficulties. The winds are
forecast to subside slowly tonight.
