* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 613 AM EDT, the gauge along the Rancocas Creek at Medford was at a stage of 12.5 feet. Flood stage is 12.0 feet. Flooding is ongoing within the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Medford and Medford Lakes. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
