The Tewksbury Education Foundation (TEF), a (501C3) nonprofit will host The Tiger Trot 1-mile Color Run Timed 5K Run/Walk presented by Hunterdon Healthcare, on Sunday, May 21, 2023 (9am Timed 5K Run/Walk, 10:30am 1m Color Run) at Christie Hoffman Farm Park in Califon. New this year will be our Pre-Race Rally on May 19th at 7:00 PM at Sunken Silo Brewery.

The Tiger Trot brings people of all abilities together to celebrate health of the mind, body, and spirit. Bring the whole family to run or cheer on your community as they race around the park in the 1-Mile Color Run. Or take on the 3.1-mile timed cross-country course that stretches through beautiful Christie Hoffman Farm Park.

The annual event brings people of all abilities together to celebrate the culmination of TEF’s 4th Grade Health and Wellness Program. Each school year, Pro-Activity, LLC, brings four exciting and enriching sessions to our students that focus on the importance and fun of physical activity, nutrition, endurance and social and emotional health.

There will be food trucks, entertainment, and prizes!

Participants are encouraged to register in advance to receive reduced rates. On-site registration is available on the day of the event, but increased rates will apply, and t-shirts are only guaranteed to those pre-registered by May 15th. Arrive early to pick up your race packet.

The TEF plays a critical role in funding and enhancing the educational experience of our students by purchasing programs that would otherwise not be funded by our school district. Volunteer Trustees work to identify enriching, compelling, original and innovative programmatic opportunities. Opportunities that directly enhance the classroom learning experience for each and every one of our students in all our district grade levels.
