* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southern New Jersey...including the following counties...Atlantic, Camden, and Gloucester.
* WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 904 PM EDT, the gauge along the Great Egg Harbor River at Folsom remained above flood stage. This is in response to the 4 to 6 inches of rain that fell over the weekend. The gauge has crested, however water levels are expected to remain above flood stage through tonight. - For Great Egg Harbor at Folsom: At 8:45pm the stage was 6.18 feet. Instructions:
Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
