Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 10 AM EDT this morning. For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 10 AM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
