* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record.
* WHERE...Marys River Near Deeth.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 6.8 feet, Minor to moderate lowland flooding occurs on lower Mary's river, with flooding of many rural roads near the river. Some streets in Deeth flood, as well as basements and foundations of a few homes. This is about 800 cfs.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 PM PDT Tuesday the stage was 6.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to continue to rise to 6.8 feet late Thursday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 6.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 6.8 feet on 05/30/1983. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
