* IMPACTS...At 5.5 feet, Minor flooding occurs along the Jarbidge River near Jarbidge. Pine Creek and Bluster campgrounds are flooded. Minor erosion occurs along the primary access road from Idaho to Jarbidge (seasonally, the only access road).
