We have reached the final stages of the Washington Avenue and Pascack Road Intersection Project and expect Milling and Paving Operations to begin on Tuesday May 9th and continue through Friday evening, May 12th. During this final part of the project, please expect detours and major delays and plan an alternate route on the following dates.
Tuesday May 9th 7:00am - 5:00pm : Milling Operations will begin on Washington Avenue between Pascack Road and Clinton Avenue in the morning. In the afternoon, Milling Operations will begin on Pascack Road, Just south of Washington Avenue and continue to Mariann Place, in the northbound lane.
Wednesday May 10th 7:00am - 5:00pm : Milling Operations will begin on Washington Avenue between Pascack Road and Meisten Street in the morning. In the afternoon, Milling Operations will begin on Pascack Road, just south of Washington Avenue and continue to Mariann Place in the southbound lane.
Thursday May 11th 7:00am - 5:00pm : Manhole Covers will be raised on Washington Avenue between Clinton Avenue and Meisten Street. Manhole Covers will also be raised on Pascack Road from Mariann Place to just south of Washington Avenue. This work is to prep for the new asphalt.
Thursday May 11th 8:00pm - Friday May 12th 6:00am : Paving Operations will begin in the work zone.
Friday May 12th 8:00pm until completion : Paving Operations will continue until the entire work zone is completed.
