Lane Closures at NW Intersection of Richmond Road & Elm Street until NOON on Friday, May 5th 
The northerly (outside) westbound lane of Elm Street (IL Route 120) between Green Street and Freund Avenue along with the westerly (outside) southbound right turn lane of Richmond Road (IL Route 31) near 3610 W Elm Street will remain closed until Friday, May 5, 2023, due to the curing of concrete from a prior water main break.
