* AREA AND TIMING...Upper Rio Grande Valley and Lower Chama River Valley (Zone 121) and Sangre de Cristo Mountains (Zone 122) Friday afternoon and early evening.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...8 to 12 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: UPPER RIO GRANDE VALLEY AND LOWER CHAMA RIVER VALLEY ... SANGRE DE CRISTO MOUNTAINS
