Horseneck Road is still closed at Big Piece Road due to flooding allowing local traffic only through. There is no access to/from Montville. Commerce Road/Stewart, Stewart/Gardner and parts of 1275 Bloomfield Ave. are also closed due to flooding. Do not drive through flooded roads. Plan an alternate route.
