OWI 4th Arrest 
On 05/03/23 at 6:00pm, Officers were dispatched to the area of Hawthorne Av and Harmony Circle NE in reference to a traffic accident. Jonathan M Quade struck vehicles at two separate location and attempted to flee the scene. Bystanders prevented Quade from leaving the scene by restraining him. Quade continued to resist Officers when taking him into custody.
Through the investigation Quade, showed 3 prior convictions for operating while intoxicated.
Quade showed signs of impairment during standardized field sobriety testing and was arrested. A warrant was obtained for the legal blood draw, toxicology results are pending. Quade was arrested on the following charges and held at the Rock County Jail.
