UCPD advises you to AVOID the area of Alvarado-Niles Rd. and Union Landing Bl. due to traffic congestion. A power outage near the intersection has caused significant traffic backups. Please be safe if you need to drive through the area and treat malfunctioning traffic signals as four-way stops. PG&E Maintenance is currently addressing the issues and we will provide updates as the information is made available.
