* WHERE...Portions of northeast Nevada and northwest Nevada, including the following areas, in northeast Nevada, Northern Elko County. In northwest Nevada, Humboldt County.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread showers are moving through Humboldt and North Elko County, and will continue into the overnight hours tonight.
