Press Release for 2305-0413 
On May 05, 2023, approximately 1015 hours, an unidentified male suspect sexually battered a 17-year-old male juvenile near the restrooms on Bay St. The male was described as an older white male with a grey beard and glasses. He was last seen wearing a black hat, a black zip-up sweater with dark pants. The sweater has a red logo on the front and back of it.
The Emeryville Police is looking for assistance in identifying the above-described suspect. Anyone with information regarding this incident should contact the Emeryville Police Department Criminal Investigations Section at 510-596-3700.
