Full Notification

On May 7, 2023 at approximately 1:20 A.M., the Police Department received a call regarding a male suspect wearing a mask that just pointed a gun at a female at Regal Center demanding her to give him everything she had. The suspect left the location in his vehicle with the victim's cell phone. The victim was able to give a good vehicle description to dispatch that was provided to the Police Officers. Graveyard Patrol located the described vehicle getting onto the e/b 118 Freeway at Tapo Canyon. The vehicle was stopped and the suspect was detained. 

During the investigation, another victim called Police Dispatch and stated she was robbed at gunpoint at a local 7-11. She described the same suspect the Officers already had detained. All of the property from the two victims and evidence of the crime was located in his vehicle. 

North HIlls resident 31-year-old Luis Alberto Ariciniega was arrested for two counts of Robbery and booked into Ventura County Jail.
