* WHERE...Portions of Illinois and northwest Indiana, including the following areas, in Illinois, Eastern Will, Ford, Grundy, Iroquois, Kankakee, La Salle, Livingston and Southern Will. In northwest Indiana, Benton, Jasper and Newton.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow moving thunderstorms capable of producing hourly rainfall rates locally greater than 2 inches per hour. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
