* At 757 PM CDT, doppler radar and automated rain gauges continued to indicate slow-moving, heavy thunderstorms which have produced up to 3 inches of rain across a narrow corridor from near near Wilmington to near Manteno to near Grant Park. These thunderstorms are expected to continue producing rain rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour. HAZARD...Flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Rapid-onset flooding of creeks, streams, drainage ditches, streets, underpasses, low-lying areas, and other poor drainage areas.
