Correction: University Avenue Corridor Plan Public Meeting #2 (May 11, 2023) 
Correction: Public Meeting #2 will be held on Thursday, May 11 (rather than May 15 as indicated below).
The Village of Shorewood Hills is developing the University Avenue Corridor Plan. The intent is to shape and guide the continued evolution of University Avenue over the next 10-20 years by identifying the type, mix, format, and intensity of desired and preferred land uses along the corridor. This will also include redevelopment planning of key sites, detailed development character recommendations, integration of community goals, and implementation strategies.
The first public workshop on March 15 was very productive. Public workshop #2 will be held on May 15, 2023 to review alternative concepts for the corridor. The meeting will be held in-person at the Village Hall from 6:00-8:00 pm. An online survey will also be provided.
