Tomorrow, Tuesday, May 9, Chula Vista city crews will be replacing a manhole westbound on Otay Lakes Road between Paseo Ranchero and Apache Drive. The #1 and #2 lanes will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We appreciate your patience during this temporary closure.
