* WHEN...From 10 AM CDT this morning through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Periods of showers and thunderstorms are likely today and tomorrow. Areas of heavy rainfall are expected. Soils are already saturated due to recent rainfall. Widespread rainfall totals of 2 to 3 inches are expected through Wednesday.
