16th St & State St - Residents near this area may experience rusty water/low pressure beginning tonight, 5/9, at 9pm 
The City of Lockport will be performing water main repairs near 16th St & State St, which could temporarily cause low water pressure and/or rusty water for residents in this area. The work will occur on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, beginning at 9 pm. The work will be completed by 6 am on Wednesday, May 10, 2023.
Residents may lose water on a temporary basis during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. This is required to complete water main repairs in your neighborhood.
In order to keep toilets operational and continue with regular hand washing, it is recommended that you store several gallons of water near sinks and toilets by filling jugs or other household receptacles with City water prior to this scheduled shutdown.
Faucets may need to be run to flush any rust or sediment after water has been restored.
