Shelby is an 85 year-old white female, 5'4", 150 pounds, brown eyes, white hair, and was last seen wearing a red leather jacket, and black pants. Last seen: Today, May 9, 2023 on Gary St., in the City of Green Bay at approximately 6:20 p.m. Shelby left in a 2013, maroon Buick LaCrosse with plate "BRUSKY." Shelby has dementia and may be trying to travel to Green Valley in Shawano County. If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Shelby, please contact the police at 920-448-3200.
